In summer 2007, AV Rental Services, Inc. provided
audio visual equipment and support for a Southwest Airlines
press conference at the Pyramid Club. AVRS, along with
Temple University sponsored portions of the event. Through
strategic planning and AVRS collaborating with Joe
Goldblatt of Temple University; the event called for an
elaborate audio and video set-up [sound system, numerous
plasma monitors, wireless microphones and substantial
ancillary equipment.] The President of Southwest Airlines,
Gary C. Kelly, was scheduled to speak so the tension was high.
At the end of the event, the President distributed free
airline tickets to everyone in the room.

audio-visual provider, coordinated and planned, supplied,
operated and managed a flawless event.
