With Philadelphia’s 2016 Democratic National Convention on our heels we are looking forward to an exciting and very active city.
Our business is ramping up and we are making preparations necessary to fulfill all audio visual requests for the 2016 Democratic National Convention events.
I, more often than I care to admit, hear clients respond, “I did not know you rented that.” So as a service to our clients and our website visitors I am informing everyone of our more common rental equipment and some of our rear and less common rental items. This can be a guide to your audio visual needs for the Democratic National Convention.
First of all I will let you know our most common item is our medium sound system. It is usually ordered with a wireless microphone.
Our inventory consists all the commodity audio visual equipment including LCD projectors, HD televisions, projection screens, laptop
s, pipe and drape, video switchers, DVD players and video cameras.
I could easily say our least rented item is a video camera that shoots on VHS tapes but that information probably helps no one.
One of our most rare items, as and audiovisual rental company are our
two-way radios. We bought these for a client that continuously ordered the radios. And we also bought our own frequencies as required by the FCC.
Many of our not so common items are specialty presentation items used during trade shows and conferences. Some of the items are becoming antiquated and some are more luxuries. These luxuries are the first items cut when the event budget is tight.
One of our newest items is getting much use. Our new Shure wireless podium microphones provide a cleaner look on the podium and since it is made by Shure it comes with well known reliability.
